How the answer is worked out

PowerSync intercepts the signals between your tractor's throttle sensor and PTO switch and the ECU, so compatibility comes down to which of those two parts John Deere fitted to your machine.

The finder never guesses. Where a model was built with more than one possible part, it asks you to identify what is on your tractor rather than assuming.
